At first it was messy - a bunch of cool ideas that didn’t really fit.
But I kept playing.
And slowly, things started to click.

The wall stopped being just a surface. It became a teacher.
It gave structure, resistance, support and opened up a whole new way to move.

That messy exploration became a system. A method. A playground.
And this course is your way in.

Hi, I'm Stas

 a movement teacher and founder of the movement community Movement Freaks.

Movement is not just physical training for me – it’s my passion, my way of understanding the world and communicating with my body.
I started at the age of 7 with freestyle wrestling, and since then, I’ve been on an endless journey of exploration and discovery. After my military service, I was drawn to acrobatics, yoga, and martial arts.
In 2012, a new horizon opened for me when I met Ido Portal. I found a place that brought together all the disciplines that fascinated me, where there was always more to grow and develop.
I quickly immersed myself in this world, and within a year and a half, I began teaching.
Later, I joined Ido’s mentorship program, where my understanding of movement deepened, and I realized what a powerful tool it is for working with people.
That experience shaped me into the teacher and practitioner I am today.
In 2015, I founded Movement Freaks, a community designed to provide a
space for exploring movement through play, creativity, and diverse training.
Since then, I’ve continued to evolve, exploring climbing, dance, yoga, and other movement disciplines. Beyond my love for movement, I share my life with my amazing partner, and together we raise a sweet little girl who reminds me every day what it’s like to experience
the world with curiosity, to play, and to discover the magic of even the simplest movement.
